Medical Weight Management

You are not a number on a scale — and weight loss shouldn’t be either. Our comprehensive medical weight loss programs go beyond quick fixes and calorie counting. We combine prescription medications (including GLP-1s when appropriate), Metabolic testing, Lab evaluation, Personalized nutrition, activity guidance, and support with progress tracking. We combine Nutritional counseling, Mind-body strategies, Sleep and stress optimization, with ongoing progress reviews. We help you build a sustainable plan that fits your life — not the other way around.

Hair Loss

Hair loss can be both emotional and complex. At Lumen Aesthetics and Wellness, we offer personalized care to address thinning, shedding, or pattern baldness. Our treatment plans may include oral and topical prescription medications, along with supportive therapies for underlying causes like hormones or nutrition. It all begins with a comprehensive consultation tailored to your needs.

Our Fee Structure

At Lumen Aesthetics and Wellness, our mission is to illuminate your path to optimal health and confidence through personalized, science-backed care. As a nurse practitioner-owned practice, we are committed to delivering compassionate, expert-led services in general wellness, aesthetics, hormone therapy, and weight management. Your first visit includes a comprehensive evaluation lasting approximately 45 minutes to an hour—a meaningful contrast to the 15–20 minute visits often experienced in primary care. To reserve your appointment, a $45 deposit is required at the time of booking, securely processed online.

For aesthetics-only visits, pricing is based on the number of units needed of the product selected to achieve your desired results.

We offer Medical Weight Management, Menopause & Hormone Therapy, Comprehensive Lifestyle Care, as well as Hair Loss treatment options.
If any or all are of interest, we will:

Review your medical history and current symptoms
Evaluate any prior lab work and order additional testing if needed
Discuss your health goals and lifestyle factors
Explore personalized options for medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and nutrition.

Following your initial consultation, you will receive individualized recommendations tailored to your physiology, goals, and overall wellness—even if you choose not to pursue continued care. We want to be clear that there is no obligation or long-term commitment. Whether you choose us once or multiple times, you always receive the highest standard of attention, clinical insight, and support.

The fee for the initial consultation is $199, with follow-up visits priced at $99. For most patients, total annual out-of-pocket costs range from $500 to $900. While we do not accept insurance, you are welcome to use an HSA or FSA card. Weight management and hormone replacement therapy should be qualifying medical expenses for most HSA/FSA plans. We will provide all necessary documentation should you wish to submit a claim for out-of-network reimbursement or HSA/FSA verification upon request.
